Just a fluffy piece with very slight angst that combines the movie and musical scene where Amélie and Nino finally stop dancing around each other and what I decided happened afterwards. Cross-posted on Ao3

This short takes a look at the father of the title character in the 2001 French film "Amélie" after the events of the movie, as he overcomes his reclusive ways and fulfills an old ambition. I don't own the characters from the movie but I have used a photo booth before.

Desde pequeno, Nino se interessava por coisas peculiares como Amélie, que tirava fotografias das nuvens e comia 10 amoras em cada dedo. Num dia ensolarado, um menino de cabelos loiros encontrou uma garota que aparentava estar tão distraída mas ela abrira um sorriso no rosto, que lhe chamou a atenção de imediato. Para Nino, Amélie se foi e voltou sem saber.
