"The Annihilation Score" mentions one of Angleton's long-ago assignments as a field agent in which he vandalized a pyramid in Belize. I decided to place this story prior to Belize independence and to reference the (real life) border conflict between Guatemala and Belize. Hope you enjoy.

My favorite part of the Laundry Files series has always been the developing relationship between Bob Howard and his boss and mentor Angleton. I hope I've done it justice. This story is set immediately after "Overtime" and before "Apocalypse Codex."
