My idea for what would happen in the sequel to Disney's latest Villian backstory.

It was true that the bad had been seriously curtailed by Roger's threat of blackmail. But she was still brilliant and, as Jasper liked to point out, more than a little mad. True insanity, however, came several years later. Why did 99% effective also mean 1% ineffective? She should have known that someone as exceptional as she was would always be in the 1%.

As Cruella continues to grapple with her self-destructive tendencies, she finds that the evil and untouchable persona she's conjured might just destroy the very thing she sought to protect in creating it: herself.

Cruella has now taken everything belonging to the Baroness, her real mother. And life is good.
